Can I move my WhatsApp number from WATI to Serviti?
A WhatsApp number can be connected to only one WhatsApp Business Platform setup at a time, so you would disconnect it from WATI first, or use a different number. The WhatsApp setup guide covers connecting it to Serviti. Serviti’s website chat agent can run alongside WATI in the meantime.
Does Serviti send WhatsApp broadcast messages?
No. Serviti replies to people who contact you, on your website, WhatsApp and Instagram, and records them as leads. It doesn’t send campaigns or messages to people who haven’t contacted you.
